All products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our production partner, Tapstitch. This allows us to reduce waste and deliver premium-quality garments without holding excess inventory.
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and produced before shipment. Production times may increase during product launches, holidays, and periods of high demand.

• 5–7 business days after fulfillment for eligible U.S.-fulfilled products.
• Most international orders arrive within 10–17 business days after fulfillment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local carriers.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable). We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
